Appearance
P&ID Line
A simple P&ID schematic line, drawn as a polyline with optional arrowheads.
In Studio
Drawn with the pipe tool. On a view whose root is a Coordinate Container, choose the Draw / Edit Pipe Nodes tool on the toolbar, pick P&ID Line in the pipe-type menu beside it, then click on the canvas to place each corner. The same tool draws Pipe and Mimic Pipe; the menu decides which one the next line becomes.
When to use
Use P&ID Line for a schematic process-and-instrumentation line where a thin, uncolored connector is correct, rather than a two-tone pipe body.
