Does Raylux talk to my PLC?

Type a family, a model or a part number off the front of the rack. You get the driver, the protocol and the settings that matter, or a straight answer that it is not a native driver, and the route that still works.

01

Check a device

Every “native driver” answer is a row in the manual.

The driver list

Every driver is in every licence. None is sold separately.

Not on the list?

Nexus reads any device through Modbus TCP or RTU, or through an OPC UA server (the controller’s own, or a third-party server in front of it). If your device offers either, Nexus can use it. If it offers neither, ask us; we would rather say no than let you find out on site.

Try it on the real thing

The trial is two hours with every driver unlocked, and restartable as often as you like. Point it at the PLC on your bench and read a tag before you decide anything.

Settings for each driver (paths, racks and slots, word order, FINS nodes) are in the manual under Devices and drivers.

Next step

Read a tag off your own PLC.
